Superbowl XLIII

It's time for the Big Game!  Our family enjoys this big football game no matter who's playing each year!  It might be because Ryan's a huge NFL fan!  For 17 weeks prior he usually doesn't leave the house and is quite the couch potato with his Directv NFL package where he gets ALL the games!  This year it's the Arizona Cardinals vs. the Pittsburgh Steelers.  I'm rooting for the underdog the Cardinals or just my squares to win!

We use to throw a party in our years before the kids but now things are really mellow with just the family and the Grandparents.   I made our famous Musubi's and yummy won tons for snacking.  Ry's mom made some noodles and it was all real yummy and perfect for a football game!

All my love bugs sportin' their football gear and silly 3D glasses.  One of the guys at my work got us these glasses  free from the market.  It was to promote a commercial that was going to air in 3D.  It was cute and Makayla got a kick out of it.  The commercials were just okay this year but the overall game was really good especially in the end when we thought the Cardinals were going to pull it off and win.  Too bad they didn't.  Steelers ended up taking the title with a score of 27-23.  We had a fun and relaxing family day for sure!  We even won some squares so made it even better!
