So here we are at the dentist again and of course I'm nervous as heck and fairly upset again that she has to go through this. It was just a little nitrous oxide but it's so hard to see your little 3 year old looking like this. They had it so she had a fun purple grape flavored nose that she picked out. Good thing this dental office is full of fun tricks for the kids. I can't believe how amazing they are with everything we've been through there. She has a good experience and wants to continue to come back. It was so awkward for her but she was such a big girl about it. No major tears. Just emotional but she knew we had to fix her crown. I'm so proud of her and she did awesome! It shouldn't happen again. I guess with her having the porcelain crowns it's a little tougher to adhere the cement. Live and learn I guess. Just glad it's over and taken care of.
Happy Spring!

No More Starbursts
Well, we're back to the dentist with an emergency today. I guess Makayla's not suppose to eat Starbursts or anything super sticky. I wish I would have known but I guess it's probably common sense with someone who has crowns I guess? I didn't know they'd come out that easily and they seriously shouldn't. Good thing her dentist was able to squeeze her in right away. She came to me with a big gooey gob and totally knew what happened. She gave me the gob with her crown in it. She was a little freaked out and so was I since I didn't know what had happened.
