80's National Scrapbook Event

I went to Jordan's birthday party with Makayla for just a little bit and Grandma ended up staying with her because I already had another commitment.  My scrap day with my girlfriends.  These days are very sacred to me so there's no changing them! haha!  It was a very special scrapbook day indeed.  It's the celebration of the year!  National Scrapbooking Weekend.  One of our favorite stores, The Red Bee had an 80's event which we participated in as usual!  Our group is just so silly!  Hey, there's usually a monetary prize!  Boo, though we only came in 2nd!  It was still so much fun!   

Here we are the "Scrap Maniacs"  like the movie Flashdance.  Don't you just love our legwarmers?  We went all out, headbands, banana clips, off the shoulder sweatshirts, plastic bracelets, hoop earrings and best of all the hot pink lips!  We had so much fun being in the spirit of things! Our group is so much fun and always wanting to participate!  Keeps us young!

I just loved the hot pink lipstick so much they gave it to me to take home!  Anyone want a kiss??  haha!  And I got so much scrapping done too!  I made two little mini albums with my girls pictures in them!
