My Mommy's Day was so special this year because now I have two wonderful little girls to celebrate it with me! It was the best Mommy's weekend ever! I have a feeling I'm going to be saying that every year from here on out! Each day is just better and better with my awesome family!
It all started on Friday when I received a beautiful vase of flowers at my office from my girls and hubby! So sweet! It's always so nice to get flowers! Then on Saturday I got pampered with a spa mani/pedi. I just relaxed and closed my eyes in that massage chair! So nice!
The next morning we woke up and had a Mommy's day breakfast at No Ka Oi. This is our 2nd annual and a great little tradition we've started! The whole family gets together to celebrate all the Mom's! Binh & Janai come all the way from San Diego for this too. We do it early so that Janai can head to work that day. But it's worked out great because we start early and then I have the rest of the day to relax and enjoy with my family! Looks like Baby Mylee is having milk and about done for the morning already.
The whole family finished breakfast out in the patio. It was a bit gloomy and cold today but still okay since they had patio heaters. Notice Mylee is out on my shoulders! Poor baby was still so tired this morning. The food was ono! I had the yummy fluffy waffles with berries on tip! So good!
The Mom's and just all the girls on our way out. Som & Alan got all the Mom's each a nice potted flower. They also got me a cute cupcake book and some yummy smelling lotion. That was sweet of them. They always do too much!
My Mylee Bear still out like a log! On our way home we still had time to make it to the 10:30 service at church. I'm so glad we made it! Made my day that we fit that into my special Mom's day. After church we headed home to relax and lounge around the house. When the girls went down for a nap I met up with my cousin Patty and got an hour massage at Happy Feet where everyone has been telling us is great! Not bad for $15 bucks at all. Then a $5 tip so $20 total for an hour.
My girls and hubby had one more surprise for me tonight. They took me out to dinner at Kings Fish House. Yummerz! Steak and lobster! I had so much with my little family today! What a pampered weekend for sure! I was so spoiled, but so well deserved! It's hard just to have real "me" time. Even then I always worry and miss my girls! Thank you, thank you to my wonderful family!
