Flying Kite

After a fun day at Tanaka Farms Makayla seemed to still have some energy left to go play at the park.  We took out their cool monster wagon that we never use.  Hopefully it gets some more use now that they're a little older and go to the park so much more.  It's just so cumbersome but very cool!

Even Auntie fits in the back.  The drink holders are all stocked up and ready to go!  When cleaning out her closet I found a kite she got for free at a Padres game so we decided to let her try it out.

Here's Mak flying her kite!  Not so bad.  She had fun and so did the boys!  Ryan and Uncle.  It was such a chill afternoon to hang out at the park.  Then we decided to BBQ that night and eat up our new corn and Maui onion we got at the farm.  We just BBQ'd some already marinated pork I had and then we found an awesome beer batter to make onion rings.  It was seriously the best onion rings ever!  Kudos to Som for finding that recipe right off the bat!
