Cutting It All Off

Makayla's been saying she wants a short haircut but we had to wait until her ballet recital was done with because of the whole hair bun deal.  Well, now it's done and it's literally the day after and we got it chopped off by Kellie our neighbor who has been cutting Makayla's hair.  Makayla loves going to Kellie and every experience is great! 

Here she is getting a big girl hair wash.  She's never done this before.  We've only gotten it trimmed a little bit and when she was smaller Kellie just sprayed it wet but we went for it and she was great!  The advances with getting your haircut.

All done!  Short, sweet and cute as a button!  We love it!  Easy to care for with less brushing and putting up all the time in piggy tails.  We needed a fresh new look!
